European Obesity Academy

European Obesity Academy (EOA) is a two and a half year program for surgeons and internists in their specialty training with a special interest in obesity research and treatment.

EOA program is dividied into six meetings with three main areas of focus:

• Obesity

• Science & Research

• Leadership

The benefits of the program are:

• Access to an extensive network of senior and junior doctors from other European countries.

• Planning and conduct of clinical and experimental research.

• In addition to the meetings the chance to visit hospitals as an observer, private study, and participation in research projects.
